# Format Date in Grid – UI Maker

> Instructions for applying date formatting within grid views using UI Maker.

👉 If you want to convert grid date, you can use "autoFormatDate" property of config.
- It will convert into default format of "dd-MM-yyyy hh:mm:ss a".
- You can also provide optional properties given in below screenshot.
